Refund & Return Policy

At Solcey, our goal is to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind the quality of our Ceylon cinnamon formula — and we recognize that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary.

Return Policy Overview:

  • Eligibility: You can return any authentic Solcey™ product purchased on our website at solcey.com.
  • Return Period: Please submit return requests within 90 days of the delivery date. After this timeframe, store credit may be considered at our discretion.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling charges. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The return request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Solcey does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Additional Terms:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized returns or those involving partially or fully used products may be refused.
  • Solcey will issue a refund once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after receipt.
  • Direct drop-offs at our warehouse are not accepted.
  • For Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages: A refund will be issued (minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee), provided we are informed and tracking confirms the refusal.
  • Solcey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be offered in such cases.

Order Modification and Cancellation:

  • Due to rapid order processing, we cannot alter or cancel orders once placed. This includes changes to items, shipping addresses, or shipping methods.
  • To attempt any order modification or cancellation, contact us immediately at support@solcey.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • If cancellation is not possible, our standard return policy applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If you receive an opened, defective, damaged, or inaccurately described item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@solcey.com with details and supporting proof such as photos or videos, and our customer support team will promptly assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange a product, begin the return through your original purchase, notify us at support@solcey.com of your exchange intention, and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Autoship / Subscription Orders:

  • You may cancel your autoship subscription at any time before the next scheduled shipment by contacting us at support@solcey.com or managing your subscription directly in your account portal. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Charges already processed at the time of cancellation are subject to our standard 90-day return policy.
