Please note that shipping times may vary based on stock availability and may be affected by customs clearance delays. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Handling
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of purchase. Both Standard and Express shipping options include tracking, so you can monitor your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer.
Autoship Orders
Autoship subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines above and are dispatched on your scheduled billing date. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information for every autoship shipment.
International Orders
If you are located outside the USA, any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with your shipment are your sole responsibility. For lost, damaged, or replacement shipments, these additional fees will not be covered by Solcey. Customs fees must be paid directly to the courier before your package can be released for delivery.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package remains missing after 5 business days from the marked delivery date, contact us at support@solcey.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
